Our staff will run up to your home
Once we receive your inquiry, we will ask you for your preferred date and time for the visit. If your location is close to our location, we can be there in as little as 30 minutes. We do not charge any travel fees.
STEP3
We will explain after inspection and estimate
Our staff will visit your home. In order to give you an estimate, we will first conduct an on-site survey. This will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes. After an on-site survey, we will inform you of the repair schedule and inventory availability, and provide you with an estimate.
STEP4
Our staff will repair it carefully and promptly
Our experienced staff will safely install water-related work. Depending on the nature of the work, it may take a long time. If this is the case, we will inform you before work begins. On the day of the work, the customer will also be present at the site to confirm the work.
STEP5
Payment is required after the work is completed
We will report back to you when the work is completed, and if there are no problems, payment will be made after the customer confirms the work has been completed.
